Do I need to return the Pocket WiFi?
Yes, our pocket Wifi is a rental item, and it needs to be returned. Please put the pocket Wifi, the AC adapter, and the USB Cable in the prepaid return envelope we provide, and drop it into the mailbox anywhere in Japan by the midnight of the return date. No return fee.

How do I set up the Wifi?
Turn on the WiFi unit by pushing the power button for about 3 seconds
Select the SSID and Enter Password we provide

Can I cancel my reservation?
We issue a full refund when an order is cancelled before 5 days or more prior to the start date(Pick up date). There are some charges for the cancellation made later than that.

Works as advertised. Didn't really notice any speed reduction beyond 200GB for the global "Cloud wifi". Speed is really limited by the 2.4GHz wifi (~15-25 mbps). For the Sofbank regular SIM Pocket WiFi the LTE itself is faster (~40-45 mbps) as well than 2.4GHz wifi can handle. Thank you.

If you are going to be late, we recommend to extend the rental period as it might be lower the total cost.

Late charges will be billed on the your credit card if the rental item is not posted by the midnight on the return date.

Replacement
If you miss returning the rental item 5 days after the return date without any notice, we consider it lost. We will charge you for it as replacement cost. This will be applied for breaking or losing the item as well. It will be billed on your credit card once they are applied.
