Pick Up from Japan Post Office
Please show the counter personnel the tracking number and your passport at the airport post office. Once the package is sent, you will receive a Delivery Information email with the tracking number. You can also check the tracking number of your package from My Page.
We recommend you choose airport post office as the pick up point only if you have plenty of time before the post offices close, in case the flight delays and etc.

Narita Airport Terminal 3
Terminal 3 has no post office. If you arrive at terminal 3, please choose the post office in Terminal 2 as the pickup point so that you can collect the package there. Terminal 2 is just 5 minutes away from Terminal 3 on a free shuttle.

Haneda Airport
Haneda Airport has a post office in Domestic Terminal 1. You can get to Terminal 1in ten minutes on a free shuttle bus from the International Terminal.

Pick Up is available at Any Post Office in Japan

You can receive your package at any post office in Japan. If you worry about the address, we highly recommend that you select a post office as the pickup point. Post offices are very useful, and some post offices are open 24 hours a day.

To Receive Your Package At The Post Office

To receive your package, please show the clerk the tracking number in the e-mail sent from us to you after your order is shipped. You'll be asked to show your passport to the counter personnel, and to provide a signature for confirmation. If the name on the package and the name on your passport do not match, they will not release your package.

FAQ

Can you forward the package to a hotel if I couldn't pick it up at the airport?
Of course. Contact us by email as soon as possible and apply for the Transfer Fee.

Until five (5) days before the start date, we will accept your request to change the delivery address free of charge. Within the five (5) day window, we will change the delivery location for a fee of 1000 yen. Please complete the payment from the link below and enter the order number with the new address in the message box on the order page.

By the night before the start date, the item will be delivered to designated location.

Rental End Date
Your rental ends at midnight on your return date. Before that time, please make sure you drop off the return envelope with all items, into a postbox.

How do we know when the return envelope was posted?
We are able to confirm that from the postmark on the return envelope, as well as from the data usage history of each item. You do not have to worry about how long it will take to get to us as long as you mail it on time. We will send an e-mail to you telling your return is completed correctly, which will take about three (3) business days in average.

If you will be returning the item(s) late, we recommend to extend the rental period as it might be lower the total costs.

Late charges
Late charges will be billed to your credit card if the rental item(s) are not mailed by midnight on the return date. Consider extending your rental period if you are going to be late as it will be cheaper than paying late charges. To extend your rental, select "Extend" icon at "Extend" section on My Page.

Replacement
If you do not return the rental item(s) within 5 days after the specified return date without any notice, we will consider it lost. We will charge you for the replacement cost. This will be applied for breaking or losing the item(s) as well. It will be billed on your credit card once they are applied.
