Picking Up from Japan Post Office
Please inform the tracking number and show your passport at the airport post office for collection
Once the package is sent out, you will receive a Delivery Information email with its tracking number. You can also check the tracking number of your package from your My Page.
We recommend you choose airport post office as the pick up point only if you have plenty of time before the post offices close, in case the flight delays and etc.

Narita Airport Terminal 3
Terminal 3 has no post office. If you arrive at terminal 3, please choose the post office in terminal 2 as the pickup point so that you can collect the package there. Terminal 2 is just 5 minutes free shuttle bus ride from Terminal 3.

Haneda Airport
Haneda Airport has a post office in the domestic terminal 1. About 10 minutes free shuttle bus ride will get you there from the International Terminal.

Pick Up is available at Any Post Office in Japan

You can receive your package at any post office located in Japan.
If you worry about the address you set, we highly recommend that you select the post office as the pickup point.
Post offices are very useful, and there even are some post offices that open 24 hours a day.

To Receive Your Package at The Post Office

To receive your package, please tell the clerk the tracking number in the e-mail sent from us to you after your order is shipped. And you'll be asked at the post office to show your passport and to provide a signature for confirmation. If the name on the package and your passport name do not match, you can not receive your package.


Can you forward the package to the hotel if I couldn't pick it up at the airport?
Of course. Contact us by email as soon as possible and buy Transfer Fee.

Until 5 days before the rental start date, we accept your request to change a delivery address without any charges. Later than that, we will change it with a fee of 1080 yen.

By the night before the start date, the item will be delivered to the place where you designated for pick-up.

Rental End Date
Rental ends at the midnight on your return date. Before that time, please make sure you drop off the return envelope with all items into a postbox.

How do you know when the return envelope was posted?
We are able to confirm that from the post mark on the return envelope as well as the data usage history of each item.
You do not have to worry about how long it will take to get to us as long as you post it back in time.
We will send an e-mail to you telling your return is completed correctly, which will take 3 business days in average.

If you are going to be late, we recommend to extend the rental period as it might be lower the total cost.

Late charges
Late charges will be billed on the your credit card if the rental item is not posted by the midnight on the return date.
Consider extending your rental period if you are going to be late as it will be cheaper than paying the late charges.
To extend it, select "Extend" icon at "Extend" section in My Page.

If you miss returning the rental item 5 days after the return date without any notice, we consider it lost. We will charge you for it as replacement cost. This will be applied for breaking or losing the item as well. It will be billed on your credit card once they are applied.
