So convenient! Picked up my pocket WiFi at Haneda Airport and returned it in a self addressed, pre-paid envelope just before leaving 11 days later. Provided excellent service for my cell phone while traveling in Okinawa, Tokyo and Kyoto. I plan to use it again on my next trip.

What I liked: (1) the device was shipped ahead of time to my hotel (2) the connection speed was fast enough for daily browsing and videos (3) the device was light enough to carry around (4) mobile devices can still connect even if a few meters away from the wifi device (5) easy to return (return kit included, red postbox is available near my hotel and is also near the check-in counters at the airport) What I did not like: (1) a full charge only lasts 5~6 hours of use (2) sometimes the device turns off on its own for no reason (battery still half charged)

The neat little device worked perfectly for us throughout our 2 weeks travelling and gave flexibility for us to connect on either phone or tablet device as required. This was my first trip to Japan and my friend recommended this product. I was worried that I inputted the hotel information wrong so I put a note saying this was my first time. Upon arriving at the hotel, there was no problems, the front desk handed over the big envelope that had the return envelope, the cable, the charger, and the pocket itself protected by bubble wrap. Each night I would fully charge it and each day, I would bring the cable and a power bank just in case the battery ran out. There was no need, as it lasts all day, although I wasn't really on my phone all day to use the data. On the night we were scheduled to return, the Haneda accident occurred, and I decided to keep the device an extra day. I was able to easily extend my order. All the flights out of Haneda were totally booked or probably canceled, so we needed to stay an extra day. Again, I was able to extend my order an additional day without any problems. Easy to use product, fantastically simple to use website, and a great peace of mind that I did not need to worry about data in a different country. 12/10 would recommend again.
