We deliver your package to residential addresses such as AirBnB, Friend's house, or any type of places which have a valid address and a mailbox.
We drop it off to the mailbox so that nobody needs to be home.


Please Tell Us Correct Address incl. Postal Code

The package will be returned to us when the address is incomplete.
Delivery will take more time than usual when the postal code is not correct.
You can contact us if you concern about it.

Room Number and Building Name

If there are the room number and the building name at your desired location, please put them.
Otherwise the package may be returned to us.

Put The Name of Resident or Host

Put the name of the resident or the host of your desired place as C/O (care of).
Your name will be indicated on the package with the order number.

Airbnb
Please contact your host before you order to get the correct address and make sure that the house/apartment room has been registered with the post office.
Otherwise you cannot receive any package/mail via Japan Post Office.

If You Didn't Receive The Package By Rental Start Date
If you didn't receive the package by the start date from a post office, please look for in the mail box a delivery notice left by them.
They will leave the notice when they bring back the package for some reason.
The English contact number will be written on the notice slip, and arrange redelivery by yourself.

Your package might be arrived in your school's administration office regarding the delivery address.
Plase check it out. It is highly recommended that let the staff know in advance that you are expecting a package, especially if you are not yet in Japan when ordering.

Room Number
If you do not put your room number on the order information, the package may get lost in dormitories.
We cannot take any responsibility for how the package will be handled in your school or dormitory.


You cannot receive the package at the residences inside the U.S. military bases in Japan.
However, you can receive it at a nearby Japan Post Office. Please enter the address of the post office as the delivery address.

To collect the package from the post office, you will have to present your ID such as a passport.
If you are not sure which post office is close to your base, contact us by email so that we can search for you.



You can receive your package at any post office located in Japan.
If you worry about the address you set, we highly recommend that you select the post office as the pickup point.
Post offices are very useful, and some post offices are open 24 hours a day.

Rental Start Date
By the night before the start date, the item will be delivered to designated location.

Rental End Date
Your rental ends at midnight on your return date. Before that time, please make sure you drop off the return envelope with all items, into a postbox.

How do we know when the return envelope was posted?
We are able to confirm that from the postmark on the return envelope, as well as from the data usage history of each item. You do not have to worry about how long it will take to get to us as long as you mail it on time. We will send an e-mail to you telling your return is completed correctly, which will take about three (3) business days in average.

If you will be returning the item(s) late, we recommend to extend the rental period as it might be lower the total costs.

Late charges
Late charges will be billed to your credit card if the rental item(s) are not mailed by midnight on the return date. Consider extending your rental period if you are going to be late as it will be cheaper than paying late charges. To extend your rental, select "Extend" icon at "Extend" section on My Page.

Replacement
If you do not return the rental item(s) within 5 days after the specified return date without any notice, we will consider it lost. We will charge you for the replacement cost. This will be applied for breaking or losing the item(s) as well. It will be billed on your credit card once they are applied.
