What happens if I use up my data allowance?
Please be aware that exceeding 100GB in a month can result in a loss of speed

Do I need to return the Pocket Wi-Fi?
Yes, our pocket Wifi is a rental item, and it needs to be returned. Please put the pocket Wi-fi, the AC adapter, and the USB Cable in the prepaid return envelope we provide, and drop it into the mailbox anywhere in Japan by the midnight of the return date. No return fee.

How do I set up the Wi-Fi?
Turn on the Wi-Fi unit by pushing the power button for about 3 seconds
Select the SSID and Enter Password we provide.

Can I cancel my reservation?
We issue a full refund when an order is cancelled before 5 days or more prior to the start date(Pick up date). There are some charges for the cancellation made later than that.

Unlimited Data Usage

Our service allows you to have unlimited access to the Internet.
It might be limited Speed over 100GB/month. The limition will be lifted the following month.

Notes on Rental Period

If you are going to be late, we recommend to extend the rental period as it might be lower the total cost.

Late charges
Late charges will be billed on the your credit card if the rental item is not posted by the midnight on the return date.
Consider extending your rental period if you are going to be late as it will be cheaper than paying the late charges.
To extend it, select "Extend" icon at "Extend" section in My Page.

Replacement
If you miss returning the rental item 5 days after the return date without any notice, we consider it lost. We will charge you for it as replacement cost. This will be applied for breaking or losing the item as well. It will be billed on your credit card once they are applied.

Pickup At Wherever You Want

At airports, hotels, post offices, and even at residences. We will deliver the rental item to almost wherever you'll be at, and you can pick it up.
