Make sure there is no spelling mistake.


Please try the following.


Checking Signal bar

Make sure "Data enabled" is on.
Try turning it off and then on again.
(Setting >Mobile Network >Data Enabled.)


If you don't see any signal bar.

Please check the signal in a different place.
If you don't see any signal bar or "3G, "LTE", or "H" next to them, please check the network mode.
The phone cannot receive the signal in Japan when [GSM Only] mode is selected.
Please change it to [GSM/3G/LTE(Auto)], [LTE/WCDMA] and etc.
(Setting >More...>Mobile Networks>Network Mode)

Still can't get connected to the Internet?

Unfortunately, your device may not be compatible or locked.
If you wish to get a refund, please post back the SIM card with the Refund Request Slip within 2 days including the start date.



Reset the network settings

(Setting > General >Reset >Reset Network Settings >Enter your 4-digit passcode >Reset Network Settings)
