Please check the APN settings.

Make sure there are no spelling mistakes.


Please try the following.

  • Take out and reinsert the SIM, and then restart the device.
  • Reconfigure the settings (even if correctly configured, try re-configuring the settings).
  • Turn on the airplane mode and then turn it off.
  • If your device has a dual SIM, please use our SIM only and take out the other one.

Checking the signal bar

Make sure "Data enabled" is on.
Try turning it off and then on again.
(Settings >Mobile Network >Data Enabled.)


If you don't see any signal bar.

Please check a signal in a different place.
If you don't see any signal bar or "3G, "LTE", or "H" next to the bars, please check the network mode.
The phone cannot receive the signal in Japan when [GSM Only] mode is selected.
Please change it to [GSM/3G/LTE(Auto)], [LTE/WCDMA] and etc.
(Setting >More...>Mobile Networks>Network Mode)

Still can't get connected to the Internet?

Unfortunately, your device may not be compatible or may be locked.
If you wish to get a refund, please send the SIM card back with the Refund Request Slip within 2 days (including the start date).


Reset the network settings

(Settings > General >Reset >Reset Network Settings >Enter your 4-digit passcode >Reset Network Settings)


Please try the following.

  • Take out and reinsert the SIM card, and then restart the device.
  • Delete the APN profile.
  • Download the APN profile (Please use your Safari browser).
  • Install the APN profile.
  • Turn on the airplane mode and then turn it off.

If it still doesn't work, Please make sure you are setting up the APN correctly.

  • When you download the APN profile, please use Safari and not another browser.
  • If you're setting up APN for LTE, make sure you have "Enable 4G/LTE" turned on.
    (Setting >Cellular >Turn on "Enable 4G")
  • If LTE doesn't work, please try using 3G. When connecting to 3G, turn off "Enable 4G".
  • Make sure data communication is enabled.
  • Reconfigure the settings (Delete the APN and download the APN file again).
